It’s a 2012 Commitment Update!!
- Lose 30lbs. I’ve gone from 170lb down to 162lb
- Pay off all old medical bills. So far I’ve paid off $148.40, only $3,316.63 left to go
- Run a 5k. I’ve taken the beginning baby steps, and having started training with the C25K Program. It’s absolutely horrible but I’m not ready to give in yet
- Learn to cook 5 new meals. I, as always, have forgotten to take a picture…nonetheless, I did cook my first meal. Rosemary Thyme Chicken and Buttery Roasted Potatoes. I really only “spiced up” the chicken before baking it, so no recipe needed. I will post the Roasted Potatoes recipe though, just as soon as I find it again.
Do one self portrait a weekIt always saddens me when I don’t succeed. But alas, I’ve tossed the towel for self portraits. They’re really not my thing and I’ve got loads of other activities to focus on.
I have other goals as well, but I haven’t made any attempts on them yet. But, to refresh your memory they are…
- Find at least one new fruit/veggie to eat
- Publish one new photo project
- Try out for roller derby
- See RCPM at least once
- Learn to ride a bike
